Promo Mechanics

1. Promo runs from July 15 to September 30, 2026, or until promotional stocks last, whichever comes first. Only purchases made within the promo period shall qualify for the promotional offer.
2. The promo is open to all end-user consumers purchasing at participating dealers only.
3. This promotion is valid for retail purchases only and is not applicable to project accounts, institutional sales, or bulk orders.
4. Purchases made through the official online stores or e-commerce platforms of participating dealers are included.

5. Customers must purchase any Carrier Compact Window Inverter within the approved promo period to qualify for the offer.

   Applicable only to the following models:

   • WCARH008EEVC2
   • WCARH009EEVC2
6. The free item is applicable on a per-unit purchased basis, subject to availability.
7. One (1) free item per qualified unit purchased. Multiple purchases are allowed.
8. The applicable cash discount shall depend on the participating model purchased.
9. Cash purchase with 10% discount + free gift; or 0% installment (up to 12 months, subject to bank approval) + free gift.
10. The free item is non-convertible to cash, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other items.
11. Offer is valid until promo end date or until supply of free items lasts, whichever comes first.
12. This promo cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless approved by CCAC.
13. In the event the purchased unit is returned, cancelled, or refunded, the corresponding free item must likewise be returned in its original, unopened, and saleable condition, to the participating dealer where the unit was purchased.
14. Participating dealers are responsible for proper tagging, display, and communication of promo mechanics at store level.
15. Employees of Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company, participating dealers, advertising agencies, their affiliates, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are not qualified to participate.
16. By participating in the promo, customers agree to abide by these mechanics.

Claim / Redemption Mechanics

Upon full payment or release of the unit, the customer shall immediately receive the corresponding free item from the participating dealer, subject to availability.

Redemption of the free item shall be simultaneous with the purchase or release of the qualified product.

In cases where the free item is temporarily unavailable, customers may claim the free item upon presentation of the original sales invoice or official receipt issued within the promo period, in accordance with the participating dealer's redemption process.
